The substation for this wind farm was built complete at the Puerto Real shipyard. The complete substation weighs around 8,500 tons and the 6-legged jacket is 58 metres high, 27 metres wide and 50 metres long and weighs approximately 3,000 tons. Navantia Seaenrgies has also built 29 wind turbine jackets for this same wind farm.
